Ingredients (A)
480 gram bread flour
120 gram plain flour
110 gram sugar
10 gram salt
20 gram milk powder
4 tsp instant yeast
(B) 1 egg300 ml water
(C) 60 gram butter
Instructions
Mix (A) till well blended.
Add (B) and knead to form a dough.
Add (C), continue to knead to form a smooth and elastic dough.
Cover dough with clear film.
Let it proof for 50 -60 minutes or till it double in size.
Divide dough into 60 gram portions, shape into balls and let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
Shape the dough into oval shapes and placed them on a greased baking tray, leave to rest for a further 45 minutes
Brush with egg wash and bake in the oven at 190 degrees celsius for about 9 to 12 minutes.

Kalau roti cheese tu kalau yg mudah giler cam yang jual tu..buat bentuk panjang-panjang tu rapat-rapatkan dia, dah tu biar naik..bila dah naik tabor ngan cheese yang dah di parut banyak-banyak dan tabor gula. Bakar ..biar naik tinggi tau ..supaya lembut cam kapas …uihhh….nak roti yang tak kejung, senang je..jangan lupa, air yang nak digunakan haruslah air yang disimpan dalam peti sejuk.
Satu lagi tips, dia punya butter tu make sure masuk lewat sikit..seperti dalam recipe tu..
Nak lagi lembut, lepas masak,. Cover kejap roti tu ngan kain ..beberapa minit ..iza buat dalam 10 minit gitu..memang lembut je roti sampai esok..
